The Westfield Day Care Center is overseen by a full time Director. Our teaching staff consists of teaching teams with at least one certified teacher in each classroom. Ten of our teachers have earned a Bachelor's Degree or higher, and three have earned an Associate's Degree. Eight are certified in Elementary/Early Childhood Education, three are certified Group Teachers, and four are experienced Teaching Assistants. Our staff is dedicated to the care, safety, and well-being of young children and are all certified in CPR/First Aid. The average length of service for our teaching and administrative staff is almost Over ten years. Specialists on our staff include a Spanish Enrichment Teacher, a Music Teacher, a Rhythm and Movement Teacher, a Speech Specialist, and a State-licensed part time nurse. Our average student to teacher ratio is seven to one.
