The Westfield Day Care Center is overseen by a full time Executive Director, Board of Trustees and Office Manager. Our teaching staff consists of teaching teams with at least one certified teacher in each classroom. Four of our Teachers are certified by the State of NJ in Elementary/Early Childhood education. Five are certified as group teachers by the State of NJ. Seven of our Teachers have earned a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 3 have their Associates degree. Our average length of service for our teaching staff is 14 years! Specialists on our staff include a music teacher, two physical fitness teachers, a speech specialist and a part time nurse. Our average student to teacher ratio is seven to one.
