The Westfield Day Care Center was established in 1968 to provide affordable, quality full day care and a developmentally appropriate program for children ages 18 months through 6 years. The Center is a private, non-denominational, inter-racial, not-for-profit corporation governed by a Board of Trustees and licensed by the State of New Jersey. Our center is accredited with the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. The Academy, which administers a national, voluntary, professionally sponsored accreditation system for all types of schools and child care centers, is a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the nation's largest organization of early childhood educators.
